Type C	yes	lost A Type C plug has no earth pin at all, so nothing gets earthed in a Type L socket. Only matters if the thing you are plugging in needs one
Type L	yes	preserved

Fits but drops the earth: Type C. Harmless on a double-insulated charger; a shock risk on anything with a metal body.
